American Prairie Bourbon is a carefully selected blend of straight bourbons that are at least 3 - 13 years old. The maturation takes place in new charred white oak barrels.
Mash Bill: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt from MGP; 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% barley malt from unspecified sources, other whiskey components are not disclosed to the distillery for contractual reasons.

Tasting notes:
Colour: Rich gold with amber reflections.
Nose: hints of caramel, sweet vanilla.
Taste: Rich, earthy, balanced, sweet corn, sweet nougat, corn bread cookies.
Finish: Long lasting, vanilla, hints of caramel apple.
A perfect Sipping Bourbon, but also suitable as a cocktail ingredient.
