This rum is produced in the Distillerie du Simon. It is made from sugar cane juice. After a 5 year long maturation in oak barrels, this rum gets a finish for 4 to 5 months in barrels of Kilchoman. Distilled: 15 October 2014 Bottled: January 2021 Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Peaty, smoky, tropical fruit, candied orange, hint of tobacco. Taste: Balanced, full-bodied, peat, cigars, fruit. Finish: Long lasting, peaty and fruity.
