
This Spanish brandy is created from a small Solera process with only five butts. The small barrels were actually intended for the Lustau family itself, so only the best Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez barrels are used.Tasting notes:Colour: dark amber with bronze accents. Nose: intense liquorice, dark chocolate, oloroso aromas. Taste: Intense, complex, silky, with hints of sweetness. Finish: Long lasting. Drinking temperature: 10-15 °C An ideal accompaniment to cheese, dark chocolate, roasted almonds, hazelnuts and dried apricots.
