Mauvesin Barton 2018 0,75L

The Château Mauvisin Barton, whose technical director is Mélanie Barton-Sartorius, is a blend of 53% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. It has a light, fragrant, floral bouquet that gently unfolds with touches of freshly tilled earth infusing the black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with a lightly peppered opening. This is a little rustic, but nicely balanced with a crisp spicy finish that is classic in style. Give this three or four years after bottling.
