The Bruichladdich Octomore Edition: 12.3 matures for five years in bourbon and PX sherry casks. The storage is 100% on the island of Islay. For the production only Scottish Concerto barley is used. The bottling takes place without cold filtration and dye. Phenol content: 118.1 ppm Distilled: 2016 Bottled: 2021 Tasting notes:Colour: Light copper. Nose: Smoky, citrus, honey, oranges, toffee, milk chocolate, vanilla, tobacco. Taste: Strong, soft, sweet, cherries, dried fruit, toffee, tobacco. Finish: Long lasting, lemons, dark chocolate, salty.
