The On Deck Rum is 15 years old and is made from molasses. The rum comes directly from the Caribbean and was created for a bartender from the seventies, Bill Deck. This rum is aged in new and used American oak barrels and absorbs the unique climate of two oceans, the Pacific and the Caribbean Sea. Tasting notes:Colour: Gold. Nose: Sweet spice, caramel toffee, notes of leather. Taste: Spicy, elegant sweetness, notes of oak. Finish: Long lasting.
