The rums of Panamá-Pacific are produced in the San Carlos Distillery in Panama. The distillery is located in the province of Herrera, which creates the perfect conditions for rum production with a hot and sometimes humid climate all year round. The Panamá Pacific 3 Años Rum gets its color through a natural filtering process. The maturation takes place for 3 years in selected bourbon casks. Tasting notes:Colour: White. Nose: Tropical fruit, jasmine flowers, vanilla. Taste: Soft, pleasant, tropical fruits, fresh sugar cane, bananas, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting, white pepper, cinnamon, pistachios.
