PASSOÃ is a mildly sweet, light red fruit liqueur made from passion fruit juice and fruit and herb extracts.

Unlike many other well-known liqueurs, this liqueur does not have a long history, but was deliberately developed in 1986 by the French company Cointreau S.A. as a fruity liqueur with a low alcohol content to better suit modern liqueur tastes.

The best known way to drink PASSOÃ is the combination PASSOÃ-Orange.
