Founded in 1811 in the heart of Champagne, the House of Perrier-Jouët has grown a unique collection of vineyards over the years. The Belle Epoque bottle was designed by Emile Gallé, a master glassblower, in 1902 and is still considered a rare icon of the Champagne House, as less than 30 vintages of this cuvée have been bottled. The champagne is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes.Tasting notes:Delicate gold in the glass with green reflections. In the nose floral with fruity aromas of peaches, fresh pears and lemons. Lively on the palate with a pleasant freshness and harmony. Long lasting finish. Grape varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier residual sugar: 8 g/l Drinking temperature: 12°C This champagne is an excellent complement to fish and white meat.
