The Summerhall distillery was founded by Markus Pickering and Matthew Gammell, business partners and friends. This gin from the Summhall Distillery is based on an original recipe from Bombay. The handwritten original fragment is dated July 17th 1947. This now more than 66 years old recipe was taken over by Matt and Marcus.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Fresh, notes of spices, citrus fruits. Flavour: notes of citrus fruits, juniper, cardamom, coriander seeds, cloves. Finish: Long lasting, refreshing.
