The Polz winery is located in southern Styria. The geographical location of the winery is ideal for wine growing. The good balance between hours of sunshine and precipitation as well as the nature of the soil are decisive for the production of high quality wine.Tasting notes:Medium straw yellow in the glass. Fresh and fruity on the nose. On the palate a pleasant structure with a spiciness, stone fruit. Long lasting finish. Grape variety: Morillon. Maturation: steel tank. Acidity: 6.7 g/l. Residual sugar: 1,1 g/l. Closure: screw cap. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C. Storage potential: Until 2023. This wine is an excellent companion to dishes with vegetables, mushrooms and fish.
