The Hollermandl is originally a traditional Tyrolean dish made from cooked elderberries and pear pieces, which is often served as a side dish with desserts. This schnapps cuvée has been created in the style of this regional speciality and consists of finely fruity Williams pears and aromatic black elderberries. After controlled natural fermentation, double distillation takes place. The Hollermandl then matures for at least 7 years in open glass balloons.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Spicy, Holler.
