The Esclavo Solera series of Oliver & Oliver is produced according to old Cuban tradition and consists of the Ron Esclavo 12 Solera, Ron Esclavo 15 Solera and the Ron Esclavo XO Solera, as well as the Ron Esclavo XO Cask Rum and now also this Limited Edition. The Ron Esclavo 12 Sherry Cask is made from molasses from the Dominican Republic. After distillation, the rums mature for up to 12 years in American white oak barrels at tropical temperatures. The finish they receive in former Spanish sherry casks. A total of 4,612 bottles of this limited edition were bottled - a successful anniversary edition. Tasting notes:Color: amber.
