'Shieldaig' comes from the ancient North Germanic language, and is considered 'Loch of the Heering', which perfectly describes this incredible wild and beautiful area.
Islands covered with pines, silver herrings and mist over the Torridon hills highlight this epic landscape. 

Tasting notes:

Color: Dark gold with amber accents.
Nose: Sweet, fruity, malty.
Taste: Sweet, slightly fruity, hints of herbs, caramel.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy-sweet.
