The bottler 'Signatory Vintage' specialises in single cask bottlings. The name 'Signatory Vintage' comes from the idea to label each bottling with the signature of a famous personality. But this plan was not realised. The first bottling was sold before a suitable signatory could be found for the bottle. The Signatory Vintage bottlings are neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
