Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. The 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' of Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies which are bottled at 46% by volume and are not cold-filtered. This whisky matures for eight years in bourbon casks and is bottled with its natural colouring. Distilled: 13.12.2011 Bottled: 08.09.2020 Tasting notes:Colour: Light straw gold.
