Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. The Signatory Vintage Edradour 10 Years Old The Un-Chillfiltered Collection is matured for 10 years, is not chill-filtered and is bottled in its natural colouring. Distilled: 18 February 2011 Bottled: 12 March 2021 Tasting notes:Colour: Dark amber. Nose: licorice, juicy raisins, chocolate cake, stewed plums, cinnamon. Taste: Sweet, berry-fruity, berries, tart cocoa, notes of chocolate, oak, nuts. Finish: Long lasting, notes of espresso, spices.
