Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged by the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. The 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' of Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies which are bottled at 46% by volume and are not chill-filtered. This whisky matures for 14 years in hogsheads and is bottled with its natural colouring. Distilled: 1 May 2007 Bottled: 31 May 2021 Tasting notes:Colour: Rich straw gold. Nose: chewy sweets, fruit salad, melon syrup, strawberry jelly. Taste: Rose water, orange peel, bananas, classic Glen Elgin orange marmalade notes. Finish: Long lasting, peat, oranges, limes.
