Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988. In 2002, Signatory Vintage was expanded through the acquisition of the Edradour distillery. The Un-Chillfiltered Collection from Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies that are bottled at 46% by volume and are not cold filtered. This whisky matures for 12 years in Hogshead casks and is bottled with its natural colour. Distilled: 20.12.2007 Bottled: 21.02.2020Tasting notes:Colour: Light gold.
