The bottler 'Signatory Vintage' is specialized in single cask bottlings. The name 'Signatory Vintage' comes from the idea to provide each bottling with the signature of a famous personality. But this plan was not realized. The first bottling was sold before a suitable signatory could be found for the bottle. The Signatory Vintage bottlings are neither coloured nor chill-filtered. This whisky is stored for 13 years in a refill sherry butts. Distilled: 07 June 2007 Bottled: 11 February 2020 Limited to 604 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Colour: Rich straw gold. Nose: Blood oranges, spicy malt, oak. Taste: Intense malt notes, milk chocolate, oranges, warming oak notes. Finish: Long lasting.
