The SILD JÖL EN REEK Single Malt Whisky is produced from barley from the island of Sylt in Germany. It is stored in small wooden casks in a bunker on the island of Sylt. This is a unique storage place that characterizes the whisky. The Master Distiller Hans Kemenater uses barley and spring water from Sylt for distillation.Tasting notes:Colour: honey yellow. Nose: vanilla, caramel, roasted almonds, oak. Taste: Full, peaty, salty, strong, herbs, spices. Finish: Long lasting, with hints of pepper and nutmeg.
