Since 1999 the Slyrs Distillery has been producing the first and only Upper Bavarian Sinlge Malt Whisky in the classic rough- and fine brandy method. From barley malt and mountain spring water, stored in new oak casks with 225 litres capacity, a vintage spirit is created, which is only filled in a limited number of bottles. Slyrs Sherry Edition Pedro Ximenez receives its finishing in new months in which it is stored in the barrels of the renowned Spanish Bodegas Tradición.
