The whisky Yushan takes its name from the highest mountain of the Republic of China and the island of Taiwan. It is produced in the Nantou Distillery. Distillation takes place in pot stills made of Scottish copper. Before bottling, the whisky is stored in old Belgian bourbon casks.Tasting notes:Colour: Strong and rich gold. Nose: Delicate, fresh, cream, honey, flowers, vanilla. Taste: Delicate, silky, caramel, spices, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting.
