The River Test Distillery is located on the British river Test. This is known for its natural flora & fauna and for its clear water. Sarah and Jonathan Nelsen have been distilling spirits there since 2019. The groundwater of the river filtered through chalk rocks is used for the production. The design of the bottle also reflects the river. Botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cinnamon cassia, lemon & orange zest, rosemary, bay leaf, grains of paradise, medicinal plant meadowsweet. Tasting notes:Colour: Clear. Nose: Soft, fruity, notes of juniper, herbs, citrus. Taste: Fresh, spicy, notes of juniper, herbs, citrus. Finish: Long lasting.
