Cashcane Rum Extra Old is a blend of rums from Barbados, Panama and Trinidad.
The rums used mature for at least six to eight years in carefully selected 220-litre oak barrels.
The sugar cane is harvested between the 12th and 14th months.
The distillation of the blend takes place in the column- and traditional pot stills to guarantee an optimal aromatic complexity.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Sharp, woody, notes of oak barrels.
Taste: Balanced, sweet, notes of vanilla, oak, coffee.
Finish: Long-lasting, notes of dried fruit, tobacco.
