The careful distillation of the best grapes makes this Aquavit incomparable. The ripe grapes are first destemmed and then transferred to stainless steel vats for fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation is carefully monitored to create the best conditions for a product that fundamentally influences the full aroma content of the distillate. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks for a maximum of three to four months, which preserves the fragrance of the aromas.
