English Harbour Antigua Rum is made from molasses. The rum is aged for five years in American bourbon barrels before it gets its finish in 200 year old Royal O'Porto port wine barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: Reddish amber. Nose: plums, dried fruit, citrus, pepper, almonds, tobacco and ginger. Flavour: complex, ginger, plums, forest fruits, tobacco leaves. Finish: Long lasting, smoky. The rum is best served pure and iced.
