To friendship. On a legendary evening, the idea for Huckleberry Gin was born by Max and Jens over a glass of gin and tonic. It would have remained just an idea if it had not been implemented. A friend of the two brought his uncle into play, who runs a third-generation distillery in the Black Forest. Another creative friend created the label, giving free rein to his drawing hand. The Gin of Friendship is lovingly hand-distilled three times from 22 botanicals. Juniper berries, angelica roots, coriander seeds, ginger roots, some cinnamon and a hint of lavender form the basis for the gin's typical taste. The fruity note is provided by lemon peel, elderberry and hop blossoms, peppermint and raspberries. Only natural spices and fresh berries go into the kettle. No aromas or flavor enhancers are used. In the final distillation step, the leading botanical, blueberry, rounds off the gin, giving it a unique flavor. The Gin Liqueur is aimed at all those friends who like it naturally sweet. It is united with even more blueberries until it reveals itself as a red gin liqueur. Tasting notes:Color: Red. Nose: Sweet, notes of blueberries. Taste: Sweet, fruity, notes of blueberries.
