The name Jack Ryan actually comes from a famous pub on Dublin's Haddington Road. It was also known as the "Beggars Bush" by insiders in the district. Hence this addition to the name. The pub has existed since 1803 and for over 100 years - since 1913 to be exact - the Ryans have also been at home here. Already at that time, their own malt whiskey was bottled and sold here. This Jack Ryan Whiskey matures for 12 years in former bourbon barrels and receives an extraordinary finish in Single Finca Museum barrels from the Spanish Cigales. Limited to 256 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Aromas of red wine, moss, orange peel, berries, oak, fruit. Taste: Tropical fruit, berries, plums, orange peel, apricots, peaches. Finish: Long lasting.
