The name of the distillery "Kurayhoshi" means "life is good". Kurayoshi Distillery has a large annual temperature range on the side of the Sea of Japan and the maturation of the spirits is also progressing rapidly. "The Hakuto" means "the white rabbit" and is named after a myth from Tottori Prefecture, where the distillery is located. A total of 14 botanicals are used for this gin, including typically Japanese ones such as cherry blossoms, yuzus, sansho pepper, green tea and nashi pears.
