The CN Tower in Toronto is one of Canada’s most famous tourist attractions. The 553-meter tall broadcast and telecommunications tower opened in 1976 and used to be the tallest free-standing structure in the world, until it was surpassed by the Burj Khalifa in 2007. This horrifyingly kitchy yet awesome CN Tower-shaped bottle of McGuinness Canadian Whisky was released in the 1970s to commemorate the tower’s construction.
