The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli. Today, it is managed by the four siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli. It is located in the north-eastern Italian municipality of Schiavon, in the province of Veneto. The cocoa liqueur is made from fresh milk, sugar, cocoa and grappa. Tasting notes:Colour: Dark brown hue. Nose: Cocoa aromas. Taste: Creamy, of cocoa. Finish: Long lasting. Enjoy the liqueur neat or on ice.
