PUNI SOLE first matured for two years in First Fill Bourbon barrels from America and was then refined for another two years in Pedro Ximénez barrels from Spain. Brine' means 'sun' in Italian and reflects two decisive phases in the production of sherry. After harvesting, the grapes are dried under the hot Spanish sun to concentrate the natural sugar. The very sweet wine from these dried grapes is then matured for several years in constantly changing oak barrels according to the traditional Solera method. Filling is carried out without dyes and without cold filtration.Tasting notes:Colour: straw yellow. Nose: Fruity-sweet, malty, honey.
