Destilería SIDERIT is located in Cantabria in the north of Spain. The company was founded by Rubén and David. The SIDERIT London Dry Gin is distilled from rye. For the production 12 botanicals from the mountains in the north of Spain are used. The distillation is done in 2 stages. Botanicals: Cinnamon, orange bitters, angelica root, cardamom, pink pepper, almonds, iris root, mandarins, hibiscus, coriander, juniper.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Fresh, sweet, lily root, bitter oranges. Taste: Flowery, sweet, tangerine, pink pepper, coriander, cinnamon, angelica root, almonds. Finish: Long lasting, fresh.
