The Temple Bar distillery is a family business which is run by the third generation. In 1840 Tom Cleary's grandfather founded a liquor and wine shop in Ireland. The Temple bar was the foundation stone of the distillery. The single malt matures in the distillery's cellar for 14 years before it gets its finish in Malbec barrels from Argentina.
