TONKA Gin is a juniper schnapps that is refined with the tonka bean. The idea to produce TONKA Gin came to Daniel Soumikh on a trip through Spain. After two years of working with bartenders and distillers, Daniel Soumikh was able to present the first finished bottles on 26 September 2014.

The square bottle is supposed to remind of the prohibition of the United States. Between 1919 and 1933, square bottles were preferred because this shape had many advantages in smuggling the goods.

More than 23 ingredients are used to make the gin.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Elegant, sweetish.
Taste: Sweet, vanilla, bitter almonds, hay flowers.
Finish: Long lasting.
