Sanaig is the latest bottling at Kilchoman Distillery and is intended to complement the core product Machir Bay. Ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry barrels were combined for the maturation.Tasting notes:Colour: Dark gold. Nose: complex, fruity, caramel, vanilla. Taste: Toffee, citrus, peat smoke. Finish: Long lasting, smoky, slightly sweetish.
