"Soleo" stands for a special production process for wines. Before the grapes are further processed, they are dried in the sun on mats until they become raisins.Tasting notes:Colour: Dark golden brown. Nose: tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, cedar notes. Taste: Salted caramel, coriander seeds, violets. Finish: Long lasting, floral and fresh.
