Cognac Bowen has its origins in an extremely romantic adventure.
At the beginning of the 20th century, René-Luc Chabasse's great-grandfather inherited several vineyards in the Cognac region.
Through his passion for travel, he discovered the world and met Elisabeth Bowen, an extraordinary woman with a passion for nature and wildlife, who captivated him with her boldness and spirit of freedom.
For her, he composed a particularly elegant brand of cognac that still bears her name today.
Cognac Bowen Extra matures for at least 60 years.
