This coconut brandy is made from the juice of the flowers of the coconut palm. It is then distilled according to an ancient recipe and then matures in Halmilla wooden barrels from Sri Lanka.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Taste: Sweet, fruity, coconut, notes of cinnamon. Finish: Long lasting. Traditionally, Ceylon Arrack is drunk with coconut water, but it also tastes very good on ice, in cola, ginger ale, with ginger ale or in cocktails.
