The Chairman's Reserve Finest St. Lucia Rum THE FORGOTTEN CASKS is produced at the St. Lucia Distillery. In May 2007 the distillery was partially destroyed by fire, but many rums were saved. As the available storage rooms were too small to accommodate all the rum barrels, temporary places were used for this purpose. Some of these rum barrels were rediscovered many years later - "The Forgotten Casks".Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Icing sugar, vanilla, cucumber, sugar cane. Taste: Fruity, dry, banana, notes of pepper, sweet cream. Finish: Long lasting, fruity.
