This gin is made from hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken winery. These grapes are cultivated in the slate steep slopes of the large Saarburger Rausch site - hence the name. The Master Distiller Andreas Vallender has combined more than 30 different botanicals from the vineyards to produce a high-quality product from the Saar region.
