The Rick Caribbean XO 8 Years Old Smooth Rum is a Caribbean rum. This rum is a blend with handpicked matured and younger rums. The rum is based on molasses and is distilled in the column still distillation process. Then the maturation takes place in ex-bourbon barrels made of American oak. Tasting notes:Colour: Golden. Nose: Sweet, hints of cinnamon, notes of vanilla. Taste: Nutty, chocolate, raisins, cinnamon, hints of vanilla, fruit. Finish: Long lasting.
