SIPSMITH VJOP GIN

Sipsmith VJOP Gin is a "Very Juniper Over Proof" gin. This means that juniper really plays the first role in this spirit. In the nose, the gin opens with notes of juniper, pine, cedar wood as well as orange peels. On the palate, the juniper aroma gets more intense and brings a pleasant spiciness with it as well as hints of dark chocolate. For its great taste, the VJOP won a silver medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
