Adriatico Amarettos are based on the Filippo Cea almond, a nutrient-rich aromatic variety from the Puglia region of Italy. For the Adriatico Roasted Almonds Amaretto, the almonds are slowly roasted in the oven for hours, then macerated and then distilled. Tasting notes:Color: Dark brown.
