Villa di Remole, situated in the heart of Tuscany, is the cradle of the 700-year-old tradition of the Frescobaldi family. The excellent climate in April and May ensured rapid growth of the plants. The very hot July triggered the ripening of the grapes, which continued gently in the following month thanks to the rain. In August, temperatures fell, allowing the most important substances to concentrate in the berries and achieving excellent quality in terms of aromas and polyphenols.Tasting notes:Remole Bianco shines brightly in a delicate straw yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. On the nose it is pleasantly fruity with notes of ripe pear and clear nectarine. The extremely delicate notes of hawthorn merge in the mouth with a pleasant and balanced taste. Grape varieties: Vermentino, Trebbiano. Vinification: Stainless steel. Closure: Natural cork. This wine with its fresh and fruity fragrance is beautifully drinkable and versatile. It is an excellent aperitif, but it is also recommended as a wine for the table, with rich salads and with first courses and main courses based on fish.
