The name "Lagavulin" is Gaelic and means "the hollow in which the mill stands". The Lagavulin distillery nestles in a small bay on the south-east coast of Islay and produces complex whiskies in pear-shaped stills, the copper stills. This Lagavulin Whisky matures for 10 years in American oak casks.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Mild aromas, fruity, fresh, clear, some smoke, Mediterranean aromas.
