The Lepanto of Gonzáles Byass is, like all other products from their house, something very special. Once again, the new creation of Gonzáles Byass will amaze connoisseurs. The name is to remind of the sea battle in 1571 at Lepanto. The Ottoman fleet was defeated by the Holy League at that time. It is produced in the Charentais distilling process like French cognac, then it is distilled twice in copper boilers. It then rests for 15 years in selected barrels in the Solera process, which gives it its distinctive character.Tasting notes:Colour: Dark amber with golden accents.
