Rendezvous Rye is the flagship whiskey of High West. It pays tribute to the way rye whisky was made in the past; with a high rye content and a full uncompromising taste. This authentic rye whiskey is named after the Mountain Men's annual "Rendezvous" meeting. The Rendezvous Rye is a carefully selected blend of Straight Rye Whiskeys. The maturation takes place in new charred white oak casks. Mash Bill: 95% rye, 5% malted barley from MGP; 80% rye, 20% malted rye from the High West Distillery.
