The Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whisky distillery in Israel. The distillery is managed by Head Distiller Dr. Jim Swan and Tomer Goren. The single malt was produced in Israel - from raw material to distillate. It belongs to the ELEMENTS range which consists of two other bottlings. It is stored in former American Bourbon barrels as well as in former red wine barrels. The whisky is bottled without cold filtration and additional colouring.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: mineral, red dried fruit, ginger, oak wood, coconut. Taste: Floral, wine aromas, oak wood, vanilla. Finish: Long lasting, dried fruit, raisins.
